Terms and Conditions
1. Buyer consents to online store terms and conditions
Selling takes place exclusively subject to the following conditions. Variations, particularly oral subsidiary agreements, are only valid if we have given written confirmation of them.
2. Jurisdiction
Any transaction between the Buyer and the Seller are governed by the laws of the province of Ontario. The Seller also reserves the right to sue the Buyer or its Guarantor, if applicable, in the province of its domicile.
3. Canadian Orders
Most in-stock orders ship within 2-3 weeks, Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday morning.
Orders shipping to addresses in Canada leave from our Studio in Toronto Ontario. Standard ground shipments usually arrive within 6 business days from when they leave the studio.
If items in your order are out of stock we'll notify you by e-mail. Most backorders ship within 2 weeks. Please note that when your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation verifying receipt of your order only. If items in your order are not available, we will notify you after reception of the order confirmation.
Please note we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
International Shipping

Orders shipping to any address out side of Canada leave from our Studio in Toronto Ontario. Standard ground shipments usually arrive within 1 - 6 weeks from when they leave the studio.
4. Free standard shipping on orders over $1000
All Canadian or U.S. consumer orders of $1000 or more are eligible for free UPS Ground shipping. Consumer orders under $1000 ship at applicable rate.
Free shipping is based on the price before tax is added (if applicable).
5. Next day shipping
We do not offer next day shipping.
6. Online Pricing
All prices quoted are in Canadian dollars and do not include any applicable taxes.
7. Payment Options
We accept PayPal, American Express, Visa and Master Card.
8. Sales tax
Sales tax for products ordered on this online store is based on the applicable combined federal and provincial sales tax rate. For merchandize shipped within the province of Quebec, add 6% GST and 7.5% QST. For merchandize shipped in the province of Ontario, add 6% GST and 8% PST. For British Columbia, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan, add 6% GST and 7% provincial sales tax. All other provinces, add 6% GST or 14% HST, as applicable.
9. We protect you!
Please note that the shipping and the billing address MUST be the same. These measures have been established to protect Elliptic Clothing Customers against fraud and misrepresentation.
10. What you can exchange or return.
Elliptic Clothing Company unconditionally guarantees all products we manufacture and sell at our online store to be free from defects of workmanship. All items sold are final sale and are eligible for exchange only under proper circumstances agreed on by all parties to the benefit of Elliptic Clothing Company.
Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return. Return or exchange must be done within 45 days of purchase.
11. How to Exchange
If you would like to exchange merchandise purchased from the Elliptic Clothing Company Online Store for a different size or color please follow these instructions. Items purchased online cannot be returned at Elliptic Clothing Company dealers or retail stores.
1.Place the items you wish to return in a box
2.You must include a copy of the invoice
3.Please provide a brief reason for your dissatisfaction

You are responsible for return postage. We urge you to use priority mail or a carrier that generates tracking numbers, as we will not be responsible for lost packages.

12. Changes in pricing and items available
Online store prices and items available are subject to change without notice. We endeavor to display to you only those items which are currently available to order. However, some items, size and/or colors can be out of stock at the time you order. Please note that new items are added frequently.

How to purchase our limited addition Product?
1.Select the style(s) you'd to like order. Select a color, size and quantity for each style. Select 'add' to add the item(s) to your shopping bag.
2.Once you've finished shopping, select 'checkout'.
3.Provide your shipping information (i.e. ship to address)
4.Provide your billing information.
5.Provide your credit card information, and if applicable, your promotional code/discount code.
6.Review the information you've provided for accuracy and 'send' your order.
7.You'll receive a confirmation e-mail confirming your order details.
